Motivation

Hello I live in bainsford just near st mungo high school and I would like to know if there is any running groups in the local area of falkirk as I’m running alone and need some motivation to help me along ! Thank you ☺️

I am sure there are many runners in the Falkirk area, perhaps a few running clubs as well, I come from Cumbernauld, not too far from Falkirk

Before I took up running I cycled for many years to Falkirk along the Forth and Clyde Canal and sometimes as far as Linlithgow, past the Falkirk Wheel and along the Union Canal

Hi. Check out Jog Scotland for a group. Also a 5k park run I believe every Saturday , 9.30am Callender Park. David

I have run 42 (not) parkruns, 13 official parkruns at Dunfermline and 4 at Drumpellier, got a PB 30.55 at Drumpellier in September 2019

You will also know that there is a Helix & The Kelpies Supernova 5K run in November, whether that takes place this year is questionable because of Covid 19, things 'may' be back to a sort of normal by then.???!!
