Woohooo!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌 In my mind I see all you HM and 10k runners starting off this morning at 9:30 and I was with you, cheering from the sidelines!

I did my 9k yesterday to the RunGo sounds of motivational phrases. Thanks so much to @Roseabi and @linda9389!! It was fun!!!

And whilst most of you set out at 9:30, I cheered you on (between my daily morning yoga poses!)
