Yesterday I ran 18k - it was meant to be 16 but I had a tech malfunction! Please can I have my 10 mile badge? Or where should I be posting? Wish I’d kept going for HM now!

This week has been mainly rest. I tweaked my ankle on a short run on Tuesday and don't want to turn that into a full-blown injury.

My next milestone is the half marathon at 13.1 miles (21.1 km). After doing ten miles (16.1 km) it's looking eminently achievable. It is another half an hour of running, though.

But first I'll have to work back up to 10km again after the hiatus. If I get to HM in late April I'll be very pleased.

Sorry to hear that you sustained a bit of an injury on Tuesday. That’s how I feel about HM but can’t believe I’m even considering it.... I might leave it until the summer when I should have slightly more time. Hope you are back out running soon.

Given I only started running for the first time ever a year ago, I'm amazed that I've got this far!

I only really properly started C25K in June. The first two attempts in March and April didn't take.
