If this is the first you've heard of this challenge, see the link to the first post healthunlocked.com/marathon... - it's not too late to join in!
So that's four days of the ten completed!!!
At time of writing this post we had a fabulous β1157 kmβ in the pot (see docs.google.com/spreadsheet... for the full details); still ahead of our kilometre challenge. The 2020 miles is looking to be a challenge still, but never say never!!!
Well done to everyone who's still with us - you're AMAZING!!!
I'll continue to update the totals, so do post and comment below if you get chance, letting us know how far you have run or walked today (Friday 25th).

Hi Linda - a marginally extended (not) Christmas parkrun this morning means I can throw another 5.05k into the pot - and Dexy5 , who stopped a fraction sooner, has asked me to ask you to record 5.03k on her behalf.
And we were both in Santa outfits, which produced a few friendly comments from the innocent population of Southsea ...... π
4 km walk in the park this morning ! And passed my 150 mile point on the Pennine way, so got lovely Christmas postcard from them too !! π Merry Christmas folks !! Oooh - and new leggings and running gloves as pressies π thankyou Santa !!
Merry Christmas ππ₯ I have 15k for you made up of 5k walk with baby hugs π€ immediately followed by 10k run. My but its chilly out there today. Sipping prosecco as I stretch and type this, definitely allowed on Christmas day π€£ happy running everyone π€π₯°
A little 3K trot from me today after goose, Christmas pudding, champagne, wine.... oh and coffee with brandy.....and I forgot about the goose fat roast potatoes, cream, ice cream, cheese..... oh what the hell.. itβs Christmas ππ
Happy Christmas everyone and hope youβre having a lovely day x
Merry Christmas Linda. Back in October I decided I'd run on Xmas day as I could see that a family Xmas wouldn't be happening. So off I went early this morning and what a lovely run ππ
Please add a brisk 3.17k to the challenge. I actually went over the halfway point of LEJOG04 this morning what a fantastic thing to do on Christmas Day! π₯
Merry Christmas! Wait for it....a massive 2.1km walk from me today!! Ok I'll try and make more effort and actually run more distance tomorrow ....if the chocolates allow it....
Iβve managed 8.4 km so far today with a lovely Christmas morning walk and an afternoon run. You never know, there may just be an evening walk yet. Weβll post if we do! Merry Christmas everyone!
Merry Christmas to you all! 2 lots of 10km from Christmas Eve and 2 lots of 5km on Christmas Day from Katnap and I. Would youngest kittenβs 5k count? Eldest kitten did 4km (heβs got into bad habits at uni so weβre training him up again!) x
Hope you had a lovely day. Brilliant! I just missed this as I posted today, but it will give us a great boost for tomorrow's total!!! The kittens have always featured throughout your running - we'll accept them both as honorary members (and most distinguished guests) of this challenge π
Brilliant thank you Linda, they will be out again on Monday with us π Excellent day yesterday thank you but still feeling full! Hope you had a good day too xx
I had a lovely day thanks π We're lucky in that all three of our children are currently living at home. They were all lovely yesterday and we felt very grateful for our lot, we were certainly luckier than many.
