Goodwood Half Marathon

Hey everyone, I've only gone and finished an actual honest to goodness Half Marathon.

It's been 12 months since completing C25K just before my 50th birthday and since then I've run a sub 60 10k and now completed a Half Marathon, with a sprint finish would you believe.

The aches are there but I love them 😀

and my wife bought me some Bolly too 😀🍾
