Great run for you today Imc50, all that before a night shift, well done, a bit dodgy running at that speed through the tunnel, I just hope your night shift isn't too bad
I appreciate my milk being delivered, my milk is delivered on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning, the week-end milk is delivered on a Thursday evening when I pay the weekly price for me of Β£4.
I am not sure what my milkman does on those other non delivery days of Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, I have been getting milk from him for years, never missed a delivery day even during that very cold spell called "The Beast from the East" at the end of February 2018 and other snowy cold spells, I always give him a tip at Christmas, he usually gives me a calendar for the following year.
Great run for you Imc, hope you werenβt too tired on your night shift! When I do a 10 mile run (the longest Iβve run so far) I usually doze off writing my run report π
Well run Imc! Yeah that disappearing post has happened to me many times too, especially when adding a photo. I now write them in a notes app on my phone and just copy them over to HU when I have them saved! π
Wow - in awe at the 23k ! Respect. (Canβt find suitable emoji, bowing down or something). I probably shouldnβt be peeking at posts in this group at all, let alone commenting on them !!! But not many hills on this route, huh ?!?! π€£ anyway, good to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. π
Great run report Imc - it's got the makings of a code breaking board game π€£ 23k before a night's work is great going in my book ππ and you've got me thinking about mac and cheese ππ§
Phenomenal run buddy. Great stuff and a good pace for that distance too. What an excellent run my man.
You can be fast or steady and go long or short and run wherever and whenever. Isn't that an absolutely incredible feeling??
Behind all of this are the runs. The mileage and effort, determination, perseverance and attitude. The get wet, get cold, get tired runs. Brilliant, brilliant running this year.
Another amazing run Imc50 and a great dinner to follow. I LOVE mac and cheese!! Hmmmm, I wonder if we have the ingredients as I'm now fancying that for my dinner!! π€π
I hope the back-to-back night shift slog end is in sight now π€
Wow Ian, nothing like blasting out a HM+ before a night shift! I'm impressed. I wouldn't be much good during my shift after that, dozing off and hangry π
