Thanks roseabi 🙂 I’m running 11.11 km down by the seafront in Bognor. I’ve made myself a Poppy Run bib to attach to my shirt as I haven’t got time to get home to pick up last year’s Poppy Run shirt.

I’m fine thanks Al, and miraculously my family appears to have escaped catching it from me No idea how! Still self isolating until Friday for me, and next Tuesday for them - but apart from my taste and smell still AWOL, I’m ok. Thanks. 😀

That's great news CCM, I am glad that you are fine and your family has escaped catching it, hopefully it won't be long before you can get running again.

This morning I ran a 11K as it is the 11th of the 11th, good run especially because a man who was walking in the opposite direction shouted "you are doing very well" that made my run even better.

Hi roseabi, I can't run that Poppy Run but this morning just before 11 minutes past 8 on the 11th day of the 11th month I ran a 11K run, just before I finished the run a walker shouted at me "you are doing well" that made my day and the run worth while.
