It's Friday, and the sun is shining bright here in Brighton (Hove). How is it where you are? Probably Friday too 🤣

I want an ENORMOUS CHEER AND MASSIVE POM POMS THIS WEEK please!!!

We have a super line-up of VRBS from the HUHM Posse and all corners of our lovely little community so let's BIG THEM UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ Decker! He's doing his solo 50K!!!!

★ PurpleFish59 running her HUHM Virtual Half Marathon!!!!

And on Sunday, October 11th we have...

★ BrianUK in the Brighton 10K Virtual Race!!!!

★ Lynnys74r, Katnap, and Tailchaser running their HUHM Virtual Half Marathons!!!!

★ Princess_pony69 in the Strava October 10K Challenge!!!!

Further, on Wednesday, October 14th it's the one and only...

★ cheekychipmunks running her HUHM Virtual Half Marathon!!!!

And finally, sometime this week 😊...

★ Ray801 is taking part in a virtual Marathon Relay (he's doing about 4 miles)!!!!

Thanks roseabi ! I’m just finishing up taper week having tweaked my back last Saturday before running a gentle (Not) PR, and I haven’t run since. We’ve had a few days walking in Cornwall so I haven’t been sedentary though, and now the back feels fine. I’m looking forward to Wednesday. I’ll be trudging the streets of Bristol like last time. 🏃‍♀️

I’m going for my virtual HM tomorrow too. I have realised that I’ve no free weekend days in October to do it apart from tomorrow morning so I’m going for it! (The problem with not having an actual event is I’ve struggled to say no to other plans). The training plan for this week was 19-21K so not far off plan.
