Went for a longer run today with another runner and was quite eventful! Lost my footing on a slippery pavement and hit the ground quite hard - you can see that I've grazed my hand in the photo there but I've also grazed my elbow and my knee so feeling pretty sore now. And I tore my leggings and ended up with blisters too! Still, the actual run was good fun with beautiful views despite falling over - will definitely be taking my next run a bit easier on Friday! π
Fell over at the beginning of my run ... - Fun Beyond 10K & ...
Fell over at the beginning of my run today! Ouch!
I am not sure if that was a good run for you today RC41, no run is good if you have a fall and get grazed on the hand and elbow, I ran a 8K this morning with no falls and was out a walk in the afternoon with my neighbours dog when I saw a lady having a nasty fall like you had, luckily she was with a friend who helped her up after she fell, like you she will feel the effects of that fall for the next few days, she slipped and fell over wet leaves on the path.
Oh no! Hope youβre ok after your fall. Lovely photo of the view. Well done on your run.
Eek! I'm impressed you carried on π. Hope you don't develop any aches or bruises π€
Oh no! I'd definitely get some ice on this (even if you think you don't need it!)
Ouch RC, that looks painful. But how lovely to see youβre still smiling and you enjoyed the rest of your run! π Shopping for new leggings now I assume? π
Aaaaaagh not the leggings! π«
My first trip ripped the knee of my lovely Nike leggings. Fell over a speed hump in the dark βΊοΈ
I hope youβre ok now and cleared for take off πͺπππββοΈπ¦π
