Fell over at the beginning of my run today! Ouch!

Went for a longer run today with another runner and was quite eventful! Lost my footing on a slippery pavement and hit the ground quite hard - you can see that I've grazed my hand in the photo there but I've also grazed my elbow and my knee so feeling pretty sore now. And I tore my leggings and ended up with blisters too! Still, the actual run was good fun with beautiful views despite falling over - will definitely be taking my next run a bit easier on Friday! πŸ˜€

I am not sure if that was a good run for you today RC41, no run is good if you have a fall and get grazed on the hand and elbow, I ran a 8K this morning with no falls and was out a walk in the afternoon with my neighbours dog when I saw a lady having a nasty fall like you had, luckily she was with a friend who helped her up after she fell, like you she will feel the effects of that fall for the next few days, she slipped and fell over wet leaves on the path.

Yeah, it was wet leaves combined with a narrow path that caused my fall. Glad I managed to keep on going though! πŸ˜€

Oh no! I'd definitely get some ice on this (even if you think you don't need it!)

Ouch RC, that looks painful. But how lovely to see you’re still smiling and you enjoyed the rest of your run! πŸ˜€ Shopping for new leggings now I assume? 😍

Yes was and still is rather painful! Luckily it's my birthday in December so I'll definitely be asking for some new leggings hahaha! :-)

Aaaaaagh not the leggings! 😫

My first trip ripped the knee of my lovely Nike leggings. Fell over a speed hump in the dark ☺️

I hope you’re ok now and cleared for take off πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ˜ƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’¦πŸ
