Nice to hear from you Paul and thanks for updating us. It must be so unbelievably hard for you, and my heart goes out to you and your family, but do try to keep upbeat for you and your wife.

She needs you and you need something for you. Running will keep you fit for her and give you a chance to reset. Like C25K, push away those gremlins and continue to get out when you can. 🏃‍♂️

She sounds like a strong lady, and so brave. 🥰

We’re here for you Paul.

It must be so hard, and that's such a horrible way for you to feel at the start the day 😒.

Look hard though, and hopefully you will find a few small positives in your day. Small positives have a habit of getting together and gently lifting us. It's really good to hear that you are still managing to run - however short - keeping up the habit will be hugely beneficial to both you and the rest of your family. Enjoy those runs when you can. Take good care.

Hello Paul, good for you for getting the runs in. I’m sure you don't feel like it some days but the fact you get out there at all shows a lot of strength. The fact you’re managing to continue a little bit of normality has to be good for you and I’m sure your wife notices too.

This must be very, very hard, but you’re stronger than you think and you’ve proven that through your support and caring of your wife at a time when she needs you the most.

Try to keep running and take care of yourself x

Morning Paul

Good to hear from you and that you’re still managing to fit some runs in alongside caring for your wife.

It’s such a sad situation for you and your family, made worse by the restrictions placed on you. Families separated at a time when they need each other so much.

Getting out for a run will give you some time on your own. You need to keep well yourself so it’s important for your wellbeing that you continue to do so 🙂

We all send our combined positive vibes your way Paul and hope you find comfort and strength from it 🙂

Hi Paul. I’m so glad that you’re still running. It’s tough to get out there when life is so hard for you right now but I think it’s got to be helping you cope in some way so keep running. Always keep running. We’re all here for you Xx

Thinking of you both, Paul. Glad you checked in with us and glad that you are still managing to fit some runs in. One day at a time - one step at a time - one run at a time. Take care.x

Aw Paul. I can’t imagine what you and your wife are going through, but I hope the runs help a little. One day at a time, and as you can see by all these replies, you’ve got plenty of shoulders to lean on here if you need.

Hi Paul, just reading your message which is so sad, but what strikes me is how lucky your wife is to have a husband like you. Keep strong. It’s important to have something for yourself so you are able to deal with what comes your way. Keep running, it will pay dividends to you in many ways.
