Wow, it feels like forever since I had time to sit at the laptop and do some personal admin. I hope everyone is well and enjoying their runs?
I have been going out 4 times a week and following my half marathon training plan, I have found that i really don't enjoy running in the heat but I have also found that if I put my mind to it and focus then I can run up dancing hill!!!
The plan has given me the structure that I need to help keep me motivated and even though I am sure my HM won't be going ahead I have some great friends who have agreed to run it with me no matter what. This run will mean so much to me as it will be a year since i ran my first 5km race as part of my C25K journey so I will enjoy it I am sure
