This is the Marathon and Support Form, you have to run at least 10 miles(16K) to get the words 10 miles next to your username, if you have not got the badge and the word GRADUATE10 next to your username on the B210K forum tell the administrators on the Healthunlocked August Graduate10 homepage that you have ran 10K for the first time

We are currently hosting a series of virtual races (5K, 10K, 10 Miles, and Half Marathon) for the Autumn Half Marathon Group. To everyone who takes part we are awarding special badges as Virtual 'Medals', and we also have 'Woohoo Boards' for each race to showcase our fabulous athletes 😊😊😊

I have an admin tip for you. If you want to add something to one of your existing posts, open the post and tap 'More' at the bottom, and then choose 'Edit' from the drop-down list. You can then add whatever else you want to say to your post, then tap the 'Post' button at the bottom and the additions will be saved in your post - voila! 😊😊😊
