Great 4 mile run (6.4 km) this morning with Sharon, yay! Took the run at a faster pace (didn't mean to, honest!) but it didn't feel too bad actually. I think I am definitely feeling the benefits from having a cut-back week last week, I feel strong and am really enjoying my training! I can't believe I'm almost halfway! πŸ˜€

Doing well thanks RC. Did my 10 miler last Wednesday and this is my cutback week as we’re away for a few days from Thursday. I’ll do an easy 10k tomorrow (I really said that? My pre-running self wouldn’t believe it possible!) then won’t run again until Sunday. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Good run for you again RC41, another happy photo of you, your pace is gradually getting quicker as well, well done, once you have ran 10 miles, running a 10K seems quite short. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ
