Did anybody else get an email inviting you to register for the 4 home nations VRWC events? I just looked at the dates and there are no tickets left for any of the dates for England 😳 Plenty for Scotland, Wales and Ireland though Grannyhugs Buddy34

Yep got invite. Undecided. I loved clocking up tots of kms earlier in the year for vitality uk but not so keen on running for speed. Any time I go above my comfy pace my HR goes through the roof and I suffer headaches. Buddy34 and others are far faster than me. I think I'll keep to clocking up distances

I asked exactly the same question on B10K Sandie 😁 I did manage to grab a ticket for Eng vs Wales but they were all gone by 12:10 with only vs Ireland left.

Weird thing is Katnap didn’t get one 🤔

Physio would kill me! All of my initial 1ks on any run are 7 minutes plus now and overall pace down at 6.40 ish. How are the mighty fallen......Still , did 6k yesterday and no pain for 10 days.....maybe I could just push it a little bit .....nope 🙂

This isn't the same run which was postponed in April due to most countries going into lockdown, goodness knows when that will resume if ever, that was free, this home UK countries running event is costing £30 to enter.
