Well the weathers changed here in Scotland and it can't make its mind up.
I new rain was forecast so I wanted a long run as I quite like running in the rain. Then the sun came out and it was quite hot. Then rain again and about 1 minute of hailstones.
It was an out and back route up the cycle path then the wind appeared for a short while . All that was missing from todays weather was snow.
Back home soaked through but happy. Shower then out with the dog.
Happy running people π

Another great run by Hillend Loch for you today Buddy34, I think that time is a little quicker than your first 10 mile run about 4 weeks ago, where I am we missed the hail and heavy rain, such is the nature of showers.
Thanks AlMorr, according to garmin that was my second fastest time. But you know I'm not looking for speed I'm just trying to go longer and a bit slower ππ
Well done Buddy! Another run in almost all weathers and a ten mile one too! You must feel a great sense of pride and satisfaction with runs like this.
Your progress over the last few months has been terrific to watch and a real credit to you for keeping out there. You are right about pace though. Getting out and getting the distance is always the main thing. Time can come one way or another if we want it too but long runs especially are all about getting to the end if we can.
