Going to try and experience what a pace of 3mins/km feels like albeit just for 200m.That is 36 seconds from a standing start.Final week 5 of Abi’s SFSC starts 4th May.
Then it’s back to 30k, 35k and marathon trot.Think I can get it done this month and I am not going to constrain myself to it all in the garden.Think I need the added interest in getting outside also.
Stay safe everyone.

Good luck for your 30k,35k, Abi's SFSC and marathon trot, running at 3/km pace at any distance is almost like a sprint. I think you can run outside away from your garden as long as it is not too far away from where you live, any idea where you intend to run that marathon? did you read about that man who ran a marathon in his garden. 😊 🏃🏾
Yes Allan lots have done it in very confined areas/spaces.It has never been my intention to enter a formal event.Perhaps just as well.I think Wales is in a minority, you are not permitted to travel to an exercising venue. So I always planned to just do it from my gate.
Tomorrow I will be running my 7th virtual parkrun, the last official Parkrun was my 17th at Dunfermline on 14th March, since the 21st March I have been running a 5K unofficial virtual parkrun around Broadwood Loch near to where I live, I am wondering if I run 33 of them, would the organisation that promotes parkrun give me a 50 T shirt 👚 🏃🏾😊
To be honest with you Tbae I don't think that they would do that, it could be worth a try especially as the talk now is that social distancing including sports events which includes parkruns could be with us until Spring 2021, hopefully parkruns will start sooner than that but you just never know.
Lovely poem Tbae❤...you are not at the bottom of the Marathon staircase, the prize is in sight. Yes, out the gate and enjoy it safely, no hurry the reward is in the enjoyment...🌷xxx
That's the right decision, go out there and go for it. I'm running more than ever, doing 32k training runs across London, solo as always. In my mind all is clear, I don't watch tv (for a number of years now) and avoid the news on my mobile. I'm fixated with my ultra marathon target and I'm going for it - and so should you. Focus on yourself, believe it and do it! 👍👊💪 All the best!
That's a lot of long runs in 1 month, very impressive if your legs can do it 👍...also a 3km pace 200 metre sprint, I'm not sure my legs could move that fast! 😅, best of luck with it all, and enjoy the great outdoors 😊
