GymBoss timer

Just started getting my head around using one of these. So far I'm liking it once I had worked out the programming of the thing! Single time ideal for a wobble session, multiple split times great for intervals. Anyone else using one or have some other way of structuring intervals. amazon.co.uk/dp/B07935PG9J?... Is a link which explains the product better than I, but for £20 I think its a handy gadget, BTW I have no connection to the company other than a happy user.

I don't have one of those, but I suspect it is not possible to have too many timers! 😄

I actually had the need for something like this today as I needed to do a run with a 10 minute warm up and then 90:30 second intervals for 5 miles. Ended up downloading an app on my phone called Tabata timer which did the trick and interrupted my podcast I was listening to when I needed to change intervals!

Too many apps on my phone and I'm lost. I would need my glasses which I don't take running, so a separate timer is great for me. I have been using for 4:30 steady and 00:30 fast (relative) and then adjusting for the number of repeats required. Handy as an egg timer also :-))
