Hey, do you feel the need for speed?
Well, next week we'll be kicking off the Spring Free Speed Challenge 🤩
It's going to be a little different, because this time everyone will be running just 1 MILE, 1 KM, OR LESS!!! If you are unable to go outside at the moment, you can take part by doing 20 jumping jacks instead 🤩
★ Choose ONE DISTANCE ONLY to run each week OR jumping jacks
All you need to do to join is comment on this post. We will start next week, and you will post one run (or jumping jacks session) each week over 5 weeks. And do each one as quickly as you can! 🤩
EDIT: you don't have to do it every week - whenever you can fit it in!!
