Hi there fast and furious folk!

The Spring Free Speed Challenge is now officially finished.

If you have a result from last week you haven't given me yet please post it in the comments 😊😊😊

I need to have a think about how to present the graph, which is a bit crazy this time 😂 but I will put up a conclusion post soon.

Thanks for doing this. I learned something about my left knee and did a 1k Pb. Knee strengthening exercises next.🙂

Thank you roseabi. It has been a lot of fun and I’ve learnt a lot about my self.

I still plan to run a fast 1 k every now and again. My challenge is to see if I can dip below 3.30. I’m also going to work on 400 and 200 metre running too.

I need to find a local running track.

There's one at Withdean Stadium, closed at the moment though, I'd think. I know someone who has run there with his club 😊
