Just saw that. Fortunately the new NHS guidelines do allow me to run! Otherwise as an asthma sufferer entitled to a flu jab, I am a deemed over 70 🙂! Hmmmm

I heard that and loved it ... Can't socialise, must isolate ... but can get out for exercise! We are all very lucky to have our running.

Oooo great! I’m doubtful I’ll be at PR (that’s assuming PR is even on) but I’ll do a couple of lone runs with my dog at the weekend. She’ll appreciate it, I’ll get my running fixes and it’ll help Team HU in a small way too. 🏃‍♀️🐕 😀

I think it will be between South Africa and England in the finals. South Africa has a big parkrun community due to its founder Paul Sinton Hewitt so expect that’s why SA is a strong contender.

In the qualifying round SEN were 2nd, SA 1st, Namibia 3rd and us 4th. So I don't think we can assume we'll go thru at the weekend. We'll have to work for it 💪
