I managed 8k yesterday without any pain so I seem to have got away with it! Going to tape my foot on the day just for some extra support. Coffee would be lovely 😃
Very best of luck to you Sandie I’m running this event too. I haven’t done the training I hurt my back and arm shopping!!! Don’t ask😂 my daughter is running so really wants me to run with her - not sure we will even be in the same wave but I’m up for the experience ( I think)
It’s improved after 3 days rest. I did get up the mountain on the gondola yesterday to have lunch with UTS And Oldgirlruns, which stopped the cabin fever . Off to a specialist today who will confirm diagnosis and hopefully not find anything else!
