Millennium Way recce run #2

So another 17 miler across the field section in prep for the real event in seven weeks😳 Hard going today with 9 miles of boggy, very wet fields and country lanes - felt like I’d run a marathon by the time I’d finished but shaved 30 mins off my last attempt and got a new Half PB (on really challenging terrain) - could’ve just done with a hill or two!!

Well done 💪😃👍. Sounds exhausting. Running on mud is heavy effort and makes the legs and upper body very tired I can’t imagine running a marathon in such circs. Hats off to you 🙂👊✊
