Hi there, half marathoners!!!
Hope you've all had a good time over the past week!
How are you all feeling about starting a new year with a shiny new training plan? Or, if you've already started a plan, how did you fit it around the December shenanigans? I have just started my new marathon plan, and I'm feeling pretty chuffed (if a bit nervous!) πππ
I'd just like to say, with the new year and the new decade approaching, many of us feel like we're getting a fresh start - so let's make the most of that feeling and get into our training filled with optimism and excitement!!! If you're feeling a bit sluggish after overindulging, don't worry! Maybe take the first couple of runs a little easier than planned, and you'll soon be back on track.
