Keeping the miles going on the legs

Pap17 here got out tonight on this relatively cold early evening run alone this week for a Friday and decided to just run Strava and my music. A little disappointed that it didn’t break the hour for the 10K missing out by 23 seconds. Still achieved 2nd best time but was hoping for below as all the times announced by Strava seem to be good. Oh well maybe next time. Pleased more miles on the legs now having a cold beer 🍺 good luck to all runners this weekend.

Bet the beer tasted good! The sub-hour 10k will happen when you're least expecting it, but clearly isn't far away!

I have had one and thought it looked good for this run as well but next time.
