Speed Challenge Run 1

I'll normally just add results to the weekly thread, but I thought a few details of the efforts of Dexy5 and myself this morning might be of interest and/or amusement …… I hope the pic comes out legibly on phones …..

We did discuss before starting what the pace trace should ideally look like - I got a bit closer to it I think :-) . Dexy reckons my magnetic attraction made her run faster than she wanted to at the start of the final k.

Also interesting, given that we were running side by side for the first 3k and both use Garmin 35s for our stats, how different the pace traces are in places.

Good luck to all taking on the challenge.

Are you interfering with Dexy's satellite signals? 😊

That is very possible roseabi. But probably more likely that with half term it was busy and we went on either side of walkers, kiddies on bikes and dogs.
