It's a pretty quick course. Undulating for the first 4k, then flat as a pancake for the next 5k, and some slight inclines in the last 1k.

Actually broke the 55minute interval! 🙀

If you have run further than HM distance then you are ahead of me on the distance front.

My actual time and chip time had over 2 minutes difference. That's how long it took to cross the starting line!

So it was you who shot past me after about 2k LOL. Brilliant time Fantastic. I'm hoping to get close to the magic 60 next year, time that is not age!!! Although i wouldn't mind that either.

Obviously i need to wear matching stuff next year and that will get me over the line. Very well done though.
