4.26km - 14mins warmup zone1/2/3 - 3 lots of 5mins in zone4/5 - 3 lots of 2mins in zone3 - 5mins cooldown in zone1/2
Still tired, though not as bad as yesterday, so this was hard. Average pace 9.16min/km so still not back up to my previous pace.
The good thing is that I always feel splendid after a run, good old runnersโ high, no matter how hard it was or how tired I felt when I set out ๐ ๐โโ๏ธ
Iโve run 132.9km/85.5miles this month. I was hoping for 100+ but the slow zone running puts paid to that!
I told you yesterday that today's run wouldn't be as bad as yesterday's, well done on running 132.9km/85.5miles altogether, (not today for the benefit of new people) that is a great achievement for you, onwards and upwards ๐ ๐
You are inspiritational and on an amazing journey and a little different.
Your fast stuff is still there, latent within you, and ready to use after your HM.I believe Pete Magill also itโs a myth that you lose pace with age.I know he has dispelled that and other things.Repair stuff and certain exercises for runners.
Iโm slower than last year, but I think it was the injury that caused that. I will never be as fast as in my teens because of the injuries to my leg, and Iโm more of a distance runner anyway x
