First Iβd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for their amazing support on my last post! It really helped. Hopefully Iβm on the way back now.
Went out with my friend today - our 3rd consecutive run day before 4 days of rest (sheβs going away so there was no other way around it). Managed to get a half marathon in which I was pleased about. I felt much better than on Tuesday (although it was far from easy) but the weather was perfect - cooler and drizzle. 27.5 miles in three days - not bad.
Next run is Tuesday and weβre going for a long one but the weather is forecast warmer so weβll see how that one goes.
Hopefully Iβll get my 125 miles in August target and βRace at Your Paceβ medal next week. Happy resting ππ½

Awesome Tasha. Happy to hear you are enjoying it again. Youβll do it. Youβll see.
So pleased you feel more positive. Love the nonchalant way you clocked up HM distance. It's all relative - I'm stressing about reaching HM and reassuring myself I've managed over 10 miles. There is no doubt you will do this. x
A casual HM π³ππ₯΅ didnβt know such things exist, seems like an oxymoron to me. But you give me hope as I was really annoyed with myself yesterday as just another 1/2 mile and I would have cracked 10 miles, should have kept going βΉοΈ so moral is just get back out there and plug on even if you donβt believe in yourself
