So, so pleased with those 60 secs of todays pilates class. First plank on my toes for three months! The PF is slightly easier today too (I've rolled the golf ball so much I wouldn't be surprised if the dimples are all gone). Despite whining way too much about the PF at the beginning of the week, it may have helped the stress fracture recovery - the new pain masked the old, I had to weight bear on the ball of my foot as my heel was so sore and I've been motivated to do heel raises to help the PF which has the bonus that it's getting all the unused bits of my foot working and strengthening.
Ending the week stronger and happier than I began it. Thanks to everyone for their support - it really did help π

Love how you manage to find a silver lining to PF - who else could?! Your determination is bound to pay off in the end, when you do get to run you will be like a whippet! πͺππ
It's a very thin silver lining, but I feel duty bound to acknowledge it after my despondent reaction earlier in the week π. Thankfully determination is one thing I have plenty of π
Hmmm. Online profile vs real profile .... π€£π€£π€£. Some might call it fraud! Nice of you to say so but I'm no superwoman in real life, that's for sure πππ
Well done ! It's going in the right direction. Heel raises with the heel drops are great Do what the physio says and you'll be good to go very soon I'm sure. Be a patient patient!
