As all my fellow graduates are all on here, UpTheStanley Coddfish and myself will be running the St Georgeβs Day run inPortsmouth on Tuesday 23rd. Itβs an evening run, which is unknown territory for me.
Good luck to everyone else running this weekend- keep cool and hydrated. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈβοΈ
Trail run in the dusk, tree roots to trip over, high five to St George and his dog Max (wondering if it is Max the Labrador who used to do Southsea parkrun before he got too old? ), whatβs not to like?
Have a great run....and watch the heat. It was shorts and shirt only up here in the frozen North today so heaven knows how hot it will be in the Deep South. π¦
Mine will be a good few degrees warmer than last week for sure! Good luck to everyone, hopefully there will be lots of shade and lots of water. Enjoy π
Thanks roseabi for all the sterling work - a late entry so forgot to mention it here, but I also ran the Bournemouth QM with Ripcurlrana71 Berksrover and F1ipperation yesterday. Will do a post on that later, but it was absolutely fab
