5k PB on a lovely club run

First of the ‘Kevin Henry’ 5k club runs of the season and a 5k PB! It was really nice to do a great run with so many lovely club runners (a few hundred at least) on one of the warmest days of the year so far.

I took the advice of one of our coaches and didn’t push it to hard, saving the effort for a sprint finish in the last 800m. It really helped to do a warm up lap with the coach before the race to get tips on strategy.

Looking forward to getting that sub 25m 5k later on this season. ❤️ 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🤤
