Yes please - fits in well with the βSummer of Speedβ that my running club has planned. One of my targets is a sub 25min 5k, and with a 5k club race tomorrow night I might just get ahead of myself - π€

Go on then. I have a HM right in the middle of that so I'm sure my speed will be vairiable each week, However, the goal I have had since completeing C25k is to run a sub 25min 5k. Strava says 25:02 is my current PB. Tantalisingly close.
Im interested if I can fit the plan on to my week. Would love to go a bit faster over 5km. And I lovedon't Billy Whizz... one of my favourite Beano charactersππ
You are right of course. I am pushing to edge up a bit quicker. But no PRs in sight right now. My miles have dropped off since the last race too. I need to spool them back up again.
Hi Roseabi - yes, I'm in for this one. My aim now is to improve my 10k time. Have signed up for four more 10k's over the summer (next is 19th May) and want to beat my current PB of 1h 6m (best this year so far 1h 10m).
