Not far down the road is the home of the famous Worksop halloween half marathon, my first ever. Bat out Hell it's called. My son calls me the "old bat out of hell" Cheek! You go through Clumber Park and a bit of Welbeck Abbey grounds

A plan will have you running over the winter. I'm out there too as I have a March ten miler. I'll remind you on Boxing Day

yes I saw that and thought I'll do that next year I have family at Worksop so know the area quite well

thankyou used to run with my little jack russell but she's got athritus bad now and shes about the only being I'm now too quick for 🤣

Aw poor little one 🙁 One of my dogs has arthritis too so can't run with me. The other is 12 years old but still sprightly so he comes on my easy runs as long as it's cool (not a problem at the moment!)
