Hi all, after graduating from C25k last Oct, I’ve done 2 half’s and numerous 10k and 10 milers, I’ve just signed up for Brighton Marathon 2019!
So scared!!!
Can anyone recommend a good training plan, obviously we’re all different and I’ll need to find one that suits but not sure where to start?!
I already go to the gym and belong to local running club so have it all in place.
