Hi does anyone wear oofos flip flops which are suppose to ease your feet after running ? I fancy a pair but they’re expensive and wanted to know if anyone had found them beneficial. Thanks

Yes I have them. They are supportive but squishy. I find my calf doesn't stiffen up so much post run if I wear these. A summer version of my winter compression socks post run!

I never wear flip flops or toe post sandals any longer. I blame them for my now arthritic big toe 😩

I'm put off by toe posts too, but I have read that the Oofos ones are much more comfortable than those flip-flop horrors. Unconvinced, though...

Love the name, and no I havent heard of them...

I have a pair of the open toe type. Sometimes I wear them at work cos the steel toe cap work boots I wear aren’t supportive or comfortable. Pluses are, very good cushioning and arch support, washable. Downside, expensive (for flip flops) can get a bit smelly in this heat.

My wife has a pair of toe post ones, she has plantar facilitis and finds the arch support very helpful.

I've been wearing OOfos since early June, and they're great. It took me about 5 days to get used to the toe posts, but they really do the trick. I also showed them to my physiotherapist, and he approved.

Just a word of warning if you order online, as I'm in the midst of trying to exchange a pair. They use US sizing, but the packing notes come in UK, so I suddenly ended up with a pair of EU 42 when I wanted EU 40 - and this was despite my ordering the same size as I have at home! The emails back and forth have been unintentionally hilarious. Me: "Just to avoid confusion, let me specify I want EU size 42." Them: "Oh, you didn't want to exchange them for size 43?" This after my already having written several times that they're too big.
