Joined my new found "club mates" at 18.15 hrs.

Well Bassetlaw Triathlon Club decided to start their summer training this evening in Clumber park ( my second home) . Having done 25k earlier in the day ( longhorn training) it came as a bit of a shock to be involved in a 5ml bike ride + 1.9 ml run starting at 1 mins intervals. I loved every minute. Must be age affecting my way of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

It’s been raining solidly for hours! After last evening’s deluge it’s going to be bogtastic out there 🙄😬😱.

I have to walk to the gym in a bit 🌧💦☔️ You never know, it could clear up. Be ready! You might need to don that hoodie 👍
