I really fancy park run this morning but I am doing Brighton half tomorrow. I have done long training runs on a Sunday before. Yay or Nay?

My feeling is that it's fine - maybe take it a bit easier at parkrun just to be on the safe side? Although personally I am rubbish at taking it a bit easier at parkrun :D

Would you like me to put you on our Events calendar? :) I will wave at you tomorrow!
