Lent Challenge Day 4 - How to do your first Push-up

am not sure if I am running a day late now or just late in posting, or early. I blame it on the difference in time zones and the international date line.

Anyway we are moving on up now, getting out of the darkness and today my light shines on the glories of the Push-up. No excuses for those of you who were thinking of sneaking off back to bed with a packet of biscuits muttering "I can't do push-ups"... there are scaled progressions to get you from zero to your first full Push-up, and as ever, the emphasis is on proper form.

If I manage a push up (notice the singular denomination).... does that get me off Hollow Rocks?

If you manage a push-up then you get to do more next time. But just for the avoidance of doubt the progressions to the push-up were not meant to be done in a day. If you are starting from none the idea is to progress through over the course of the 40 days
