In the hollow hills - Lent Challenge Day 3

Again rather late - blame half term. But here we go with our first proper day of the challange and it's a nice easy and gentle introduction.

Have as much fun as you deem appropriate given that it is Lent. Tomorrow will be a step up (except not actually with stepping).

I tried the hollow body exercises this morning. It's definitely harder than it sounds! At first couldn't keep my lower back hard on the floor and hold the position for more than ten secs each time. But I began to get the hang of it once I'd read your tip about raising the legs higher. Thanks Rignold.
