bending forward with your knees. Push your butt back more. If you need to balance more, push your knees outwards as you go down, rather than forward. That said as long as they do not overshoot your toes it is not too critical.
Ok I am not pushing my butt back enough when I start out into the squat. I snuck 15 squats in whilst collecting stock from the storeroom and it felt better. My first squats were lazy leg squats. As my balance goes I am moving forward so I will try moving knees outwards. Still a work in progress!!
