Good luck, everybody! I already do squats as part of my regular training. It has been helpful to learn how important they are.

Just did day 1. Ouch! Tips on technique really useful though as I'd tried sqats before but was never sure if I was doing them correctly.

Day 2 completed here too! The instructions are great, and it's good to take it slowly and think about form rather than frantically going after loads of reps instead.
