Anyone on here considering or signed up for Cardiff Half in October?

I've signed up for the cardiff half. What training schedule are you using? i've just managed a 7k run so got a long way to go

I completed 10k yesterday for the first time following Bridge to 10k , so am hovering here for a little while as we have plenty of time. Once a bit closer, I’ve down loaded the Cardiff half training plan to follow . Well done on getting to 7k.

It’s on my ‘to do’ list because I want to run an HM in every city I’ve lived in - but I’m considering the York marathon in October so need to make a decision about that first.
