have been lucky with weather have to managed to keep running. I was bit apprehensive some days

Well done! I can't remember if you're based in the UK. If so, extra kudos. It's easier in a way when you live in Norway and have the gear at hand. Hope you can keep up the good work!

Yeah it is dicey at times so we have to take care! When it’s really bad stay in 🙂. I have some ice grips but not had to use them yet

So true. I just had to pilfer my ski bag and voila, I'm a winter runner 😆 (although I did have to get some cleats for icy conditions)

It’s been pretty slippy hasn’t it... well done. I just go slowly and carefully and remember to keep up the balance exercises they really help!!
