I am really enjoying running in the dark this week, and I always leave at the same time. It is amazing how each day its getting darker... The pic is taken at the same time in the same place each day.
I have to admit though I am really looking forward to my weekend daylight runs!!! It gives variety and I love the feeling of being 'hidden' and in my own world in the dark, its very comforting.
I don’t mind it I ran the other night along the road and It was dark. I couldn’t see much detail in the leaves and was looking for bigger twigs as they can leg you up. No specs on, dark. No chance 😎.
You just have to be careful and be highly visible It doesn’t matter so much on the trail where I don’t suppose you want to be seen. Head torch and go 🙂
Yep I have my powerful head torch that's fab... and I have to wear my specs or I'd come a cropper!!

I'm enjoying running in the dark too, not that it's particularly dark with all the lights around here, but it's pretty! I know what you mean about it being comforting too. I also like it for my jump-rope activities, since I'm feeling pretty self-conscious at the moment

That is so cool, i dont mind running in the dark but only along roads. Now i have a light i might venture into the wilderness!
Next week can we see more progress with the shadow hand puppets please, maybe some birds, rabbits and someone running.
Is that over only 9 days? Wow, what a difference!
