I ran with my son yesturday, up and down a big hill in the woods twice! It was really good fun and the best present ever. He even high fived me at the end and told me I had done well... I nearly fell over as he's usually telling me what I need to do to improve!!!
I hope you have managed to get out for some festive fresh air?

That's wonderful! When I went out for my run last night, I was thinking that I really need to get my son to run with us. We usually just send him out on his own.
Great pictures and fab that you run with your son! I ran with my 16 yr old a few days ago and it was lovely. Think I have at last converted him to running - hope to do a Parkrun together soon. (Well, I say 'together'; I suspect he will leave me trailing in his wake actually!)😮
