OK, so after running several half marathons, it'seems happened. I'might now signed up for Paris marathon next year. Gulp! Not convinced I am ready for this, but I guess, if I don't try, I'll never know. Wish me luck!

Any day now! I have a 17 mile run mid October ( celebrating the 950th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings). There's a group of us doing it and other than a couple of organised half marthons next year (Hampton Court and Thorpe Park) we are even now planning training runs (all strangely including cake or, in one case, tea and cheese on toast!) around our respective local areas. We just need to decide an order of hosting :)

Very brave! But doable - you're all at it!

Exciting! My youngest son, who just ran his first half marathon, has also signed up for Paris!

I am so excited for you, I did this last year and it is truly amazing. You do see all the sights, the food stops are the best, and its the best t shirt I have ever had from a race. Its incredibly well organised too and not hilly at all. Well done for taking the plunge :)
