Holy moly, I gotta run 10k today and it's already boiling. Think I may be chucking the water over me at the water stations x

That was so very hard.  Very slow and had to walk the last 2 hills but I did and am still proud although slightly irked that I walked!!

LOL, I can't eat them at the mo.  Just tipped water over me at every opportunity. Got caught short too, some poor fisherman got a fright when he turned round!!!
