Hi All

Another C25k veteran checking in over here - thanks to Dave for pointing me in the direction of this community.

I'm getting for my second Marathon and first London in April and <cross fingers> everything seems to be going fine so far.

How's everyone doing?

AHSx

i am doing brighton a week before london, obviously paranoid about all the massive hills that brighton has (even though i know its not a hilly course), got the worries of am i doing enough miles, what happens if i get injured now, do i need new shoes, what time do i have to wake up in the morning, do i need to go buy a t-shirt with my name on, am i going to die around mile 4, 8 or 19, what happens if my gps watch battery dies, how about if i let my family and friends down and the most worrying thing if i am driving there how can i have a beer after.

so my preparations are going well and not worrying about anything.

Definitely get a T shirt with your name on - it really does make a difference when total strangers shout out your name.

you think? are you telling me i have nothing to worry about? This is just the short list! Just imagine how long the list is going to be when i do a triathlon in June thats 3 sports so triple the amount of things to worry about!

Hi, I am doing my first marathon in April - in London. And like benwill I am cool about it - apart from all the things he mentioned! (Except driving there - I am not doing that as I really think I will not be able to walk after, let alone work a car!). I still cannot quite believe I got a place, let alone that I will finish it. But so far so good, no injuries, just a few little niggles that come and (so far) go.
