Hi,

What a great idea for a forum.

I'm in training for a half marathon on 13th March. All going well so far!!!!

As for times, I'm expecting to be slow but not worried about that really as I just want to get round.

Hi JJ

Mostly going to plan. Couple of changes but long runs are as per the plan.

Trying to avoid reoccurrence of a knee issue

This week I'm running 10 miles. It will be my furthest distance to date....eek

I think the 10 mile run must be a good one to get done from a psychological point of view - have fun ! :-)

I've done 9.5 so hopefully it won't be too bad but we'll see.

Are you doing the Bath HM by any chance? If so, take heart, I am guaranteed to be slower than you! Did my longest run so far yesterday (18K) and am having difficulty walking today...

No I'm doing Colchester. 18k, well done you. That is amazing. I did 10 miles today and don't ache too much but am v tired. I have 12 miles next week. Eeee.
