Hello I have been having Eylea injections for many years now I am 80ys of age .

Lately the injection do not seem to work do I need to increase to a stronger dose?

hi there it would really depend on a few things for example your eye pressure would be importer to take into consideration as one of the factors as the Eylea 8mg can increase your eye pressure. Also perhaps important would be the thickness of your cornea as if it is normal all is well if I’d it was on the thin side then measurements for eye pressure would be lower than they actually are. I have DMO not AMD and have had Eylea monthly since 2016 I can’t have the 8mg as I also have glauxoma too. I wish you well
